How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all Liftably orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact us via the support channel inside the app and we'll help you process it.

How Long Refunds Take

Once approved, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After the 30-Day Window

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account, which stops future renewals. For exceptional circumstances after the 30-day window, please reach out — we review requests on a case-by-case basis.
